Get geared up for winter with our annual Ski + Snowboard Swap held annually in November. The Swap offers a chance to trade-in with 20% of the purchase price benefiting the Ashwabay Alliance. Cross-country, Downhill, Snowboard and other winter sport equipment are all welcome.
Ashwabay welcomes everyone to participate in our Gear Swap, offering a chance to sell and buy a variety of sporting equipment. The Swaps offer a chance to reclaim basement, attic, and garage space by selling gear. There is no up-front cost to sell items at the Swap. Sellers determine prices for the gear like they’d like to sell, and a small 20% commission benefits The Ashwabay Alliance.
Sellers set the prices for their gear and get paid when it sells — with just a 20% commission supporting The Ashwabay Alliance. Shoppers enjoy quality winter gear at great prices, and the community benefits too! We welcome gently used, high-quality equipment for all outdoor winter sports.

Donation Option: You can choose to sell your gear (with a 20% commission benefiting the Ashwabay Alliance) or donate it outright. All donations directly support Mt. Ashwabay programs, and are tax-deductible.

Gear needs to be picked up by November 14th, between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm. You can call Mt. Ashwabay at 715.779.3227 to arrange another time if those times do not work for your schedule.
If gear is not picked up, it will become property of Mt. Ashwabay.
Another option for those looking to unload gear is to donate equipment, allowing all proceeds to benefit the Alliance, and offer an even greater boost for Mt Ashwabay. And, because the Ashwabay Alliance is a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) tax exemption, all donations are tax deductible.
This is a great opportunity to recycle outdoor equipment. We’re looking for all types of high quality outdoor gear. For those looking for affordable, quality outdoor equipment, the Swaps are a way to gear up without going broke. The funds raised at the Gear Swaps help support programs, improvements, and participant scholarships at Mt Ashwabay.
